Choosing a Real Estate Representative

Do you trust your Real Estate Representatives?
What are the three most important things you would want in someone helping you with what is considered to be one of the most important "money" matter decisions you will make in your life time?
Suggestions: First impression, from the time you meet them through the first hour you are talking, are they asking questions instead of talking about themselves?
Do they seem passionate and "real" about their job and their relationship with you?
Are they straight up knowledgeable and totally in touch with your neighborhood?
Do they offer a consistent communication throughout the time they will represent you?
Do they give up their commission to just "get the deal" or do they fight to make a decent living? That will give you a clue to how they will negotiate the sale of your house.
You have to start with someone who has the reputation, integrity, experience, enthusiasm, and passion to make it easy for you to choose and refer to your friends?
It costs nothing to meet Alex and trust me, you will adopt her in your family.

Thanks Connie!  This means a lot coming from someone who knows the industy well.  The world of Real Estate isn't always an easy place, especially when you're starting out,  but I've made it my goal to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction in every single transaction I have a part in.  I want every client to have the same positive experience, and be left with a feeling of comfort and ease that you can't wait to tell all your friends and family members about.  My goal is to build a practice where 100% of my business is created by referral, working with amazing people that I know, like and trust, and want to do business with....people just like you!  In order to do this I am committed to serving all of my clients above and beyond their expectations.  I want to be your Real Estate Consultant for Life, and I hope I can earn your trust and build a lifelong relationship with you, your family and friends.
All my Best,
Your Real Estate Consultant for Life, Alex
